Gaza – Restoring Mobility and Dignity
In the aftermath of relentless bombardments, the number of amputees—many of them children—has surged. With your support, Humanity International USA has provided custom prosthetic limbs to 137 children and young adults who lost limbs due to airstrikes and conflict. Each patient receives a full rehabilitation program, including physical therapy and emotional counseling.
“I thought my life was over when I lost my leg,” says 14-year-old Ameer. “Now, I can walk again. I even play football with my friends.”
We’ve also supplied hospitals with surgical kits, sterile instruments, and wound care essentials, allowing local medical teams to perform operations under increasingly difficult conditions.

Sudan – Feeding Hope Amid Conflict
With conflict displacing millions, famine continues to rise. Thanks to your donations, we delivered over 80,000 hot mealsand essential food baskets to displaced families in Darfur, Khartoum, and beyond. Emergency nutrition kits were also distributed to mothers and children suffering from acute malnutrition.
“We hadn't eaten in days when the food arrived,” shares Fatima, a mother of four. “You gave us a chance to survive.”
Our mobile food delivery teams reach high-risk zones cut off from traditional aid routes.

Bangladesh – Protecting Refugee Health
In the overcrowded camps of Cox’s Bazar, we provided 500 comprehensive hygiene kits to vulnerable Rohingya families. Each kit includes soap, sanitizer, menstrual supplies, and water purification tablets. Our teams also conducted hygiene awareness sessions in camp schools and women’s centers, helping prevent disease outbreaks.

Haiti – Bringing Clean Water to Rural Communities
We’ve installed 12 deep-water wells in underserved villages in Artibonite and Sud-Est, reaching over 6,000 people who previously relied on contaminated sources. Each well includes a hand pump and protective seal to prevent waterborne illness, and every site is maintained by a trained local water committee.
“Clean water has changed everything,” said Lucienne, a local mother. “We no longer fear our children getting sick from drinking.”

Iraq – Mobile Clinics for Isolated Families
In remote areas of Nineveh and Kirkuk, we launched 3 mobile medical clinics, providing vaccinations, checkups, maternal health care, and trauma counseling to over 4,500 displaced people and returnees. Many of these patients hadn't seen a doctor in years.
Ghana (Accra) – Empowering Youth and Families
In urban Accra, where poverty and unemployment limit opportunities, your support funds youth vocational training and food assistance programs. This quarter, we enrolled 120 young adults in skills-based workshops (tailoring, carpentry, and IT), and distributed monthly food packages to families in Jamestown and Nima.
“This program taught me to sew and now I make money for my family,” says Abena, a 19-year-old student. “Thank you for believing in us.”
We’ve also supported the construction of a community youth center, offering safe learning spaces and daily meals.
